Kristin Polizzi's Polizzi Fractional Development Services LLC. was started in order to share her expertise and knowledge with a wider array of organizations. Her approach begins with understanding each organization's individual needs, identifying areas where improvements can be made, and developing a unique project scope and plan to help implement those changes. Some organizations may need help getting started with a CRM system, such as Bloomerang, Neon CRM, or Raiser's Edge, while others may already have a system in place but need help figuring out where their data needs improvement. Kristin works alongside teams to identify those concerns, develop a plan, and help put the necessary changes into practice.
About our guest speaker:
Kristin has spent over a decade in the nonprofit, mission-driven field, developing a strong understanding of how organizations can utilize their data, resources, and systems to achieve their goals. She has always enjoyed taking data to the next level and finding ways to help organizations work more efficiently. Having worked in nonprofit development, database administration, fundraising, and project management, she understands the importance of having the right processes and systems in place to support an organization's growth and future needs.
In 2019, she co-founded Charlie Polizzi's Warrior of the Angels in honor and memory of her son and has since helped raise over $100,000 for the cause. Her experience working within nonprofit organizations, as well as building and managing one herself, has played a significant role in shaping her approach to consulting.
