Fall Chapter Meeting - Maximizing Project Success with PMI
Join us for the next chapter in PMI’s groundbreaking research on project success, building on PMI’s multi-year research into what drives project success in a rapidly changing world. Participants will explore the culmination of that research through the M.O.R.E. vision for the future - a forward-looking perspective on how organizations and project professionals can create greater value and impact.
The session also introduces the accompanying playbook of 40 validated practices, drawn from research and real-world experience. More than a framework, it provides practical insights that organizations can use to strengthen outcomes, adapt to evolving challenges, and position themselves for long-term success. Whether you're leading projects, portfolios, or organizational change, you'll leave with fresh perspectives and actionable ideas to consider in your own context.
Learning Objectives
- Define project success using PMI's research-backed consensus definition
- Apply the four M.O.R.E. elements to elevate project outcomes
- Connect M.O.R.E. practices to existing project management standards
