Concerns about organizational change often causes the stumbling block to institute new processes or applications. “Time for a Change” walks the audience through the impact of change at different organizational levels. By focusing on the traits and needs at the individual employee level, the audience is challenged to consider different approaches when working within the organization.
Susan L. Marin, CRM, CIGO, MS, PMP is a Senior Consulting Manager and is part of Consilio’s Information Governance Advisory Services team. Susan has 22-years of litigation, information governance, records management, data governance, and legal hold experience. She holds a bachelor’s degree in psychology and linguistics and earned a master’s degree in Culture, Change, and Leadership.
