Synopsis:
It can be hard to find an organization that consistently captures lessons learned during the course of projects. Once captured, it is not unusual for the lessons to become forgotten relics in a repository somewhere. The dream is to convert lessons learned into continuous improvement throughout the organization. This presentation will describe the tools, processes, and practices used by one organization to actively disseminate and leverage lessons learned to support a culture of learning and continuous improvement.
