This presentation focuses on how Common Roots used their project management skills to build the new entertainment venue we will be using! Let’s hear how the process through the different phases went for them. What were their lessons learned and how will they impact their next project?

About our guest speaker: 

Bert is the father in the father/son Common Roots brewing team. Growing up with parents from Germany, good beer was part of his family heritage. Upon retiring from a 30-year career as a high school teacher, Bert was ready for a new adventure. His background in horticulture and design fueled the transformation of a warehouse building into our original brewery, and the inviting atmosphere of the Biergarten and taproom are the direct products of Bert’s creative vision.
