Description:

Managing Up is the ability to form healthy and productive relationships with your supervisors. This is a challenging skill for many people because of the differences in personalities and the demands of a competitive work environment.

This presentation explores how you can strengthen these important relationships. It looks at the top strategies that are backed up by research as well as examples of the speaker's experience working in Leadership Coaching. Audience members will also have the opportunity to share what has been successful for them.

About our guest speaker:

Matt is a Leadership and High-Performance Coach and the Founder of Culture Through Leadership. He works with executives and managers to help them become more effective and impactful leaders. 

Matt started his coaching business as a Mindfulness Coach and then transitioned into Leadership and High-Performance Coaching. He combines his life experiences, his work coaching elite athletes, and training top business leaders to provide a transformational experience for the audience.
