PMIUNY October Chapter Meeting - 2019

"Leadership! But first.... SELFIE! Creating Positive Outcomes Through Self-Leadership & Celebration!”

Miranda will provide valuable insight into the power of owning one’s ability to succeed through self-leadership.

Mastering “self-leadership” through setting focused and positive intentions, being mindful of our energy and taking time to celebrate even the smallest of wins will allow us to effectively plan, act, reflect, and redirect if necessary.

Learning these keys and knowing that we each hold the power to create the outcome/future we desire are powerful motivators in both our professional and personal lives. Mastering Self-Leadership is also the #1 way to effectively lead any project or team!

Miranda will incorporate examples of how this works in our communication and interactions while working with others, how we carry ourselves in a confident and respectful manner, and how mastering these three keys can truly change the trajectory of our lives.

This talk will awaken those who are simply “floating” through work and life and recharge them for a more productive and successful tomorrow! It’s a great way to create or find a renewed vision for one’s work and life – resulting in better quality of service for clients, teams, and more focused production.

As a Talent & Culture Leader, Miranda has led multiple teams to success in the fields of technology, higher education, sales, and human resources. After almost 15 years in the corporate environment she now travels the United States connecting with and speaking to those looking to up-level their life, business, and careers!

Passionate about all things personal and professional development; Miranda has been coaching individuals and groups for over 10 years. She creates and conducts workshops on leadership, employee engagement, goal achievement, mindset elevation, personal branding, social selling, and more.
